Artwork

Use the following guidelines for submitting artwork:

Remember: If the image is of bad quality to start with, it won’t look good on the finished product. Remeber the rule of GIGO - Garbage In, Garbage Out!

Short and Sweet:

File format: .psd* .png .jpg .zip for multiple files (*preferred if possible) CMYK colour preferred for colour accuracy
File Dimensions: At least 300px X 300px and 300 dpi for best results
Photoshop Template: Click here to Download

Detailed Instructions:

File Format:

The best format is either a .psd or .png. If you don’t have access to Photoshop then the next best format would be JPEG. I have no file restrictions, so anything you send me will work. Keep in mind the rule of GIGO! If you have access to Photoshop or Illustrator, you down download the button template here. Please see below for instructions.

Image Dimensions:

If you aren’t using the Photoshop Template, or would rather have me do the work (which is not a problem!), make sure your image is at least 300 pixels by 300 pixels. This will allow me to manipulate the image to properly fit the button, without your image losing quality.

Instructions for Photoshop Template:

1. Face: The image you want on the button should be within the center circle. It is ok if some of the image leaks over, as it will wrap around the side of the button.
2. Bleed: The area between the darkest outer circle and center circle is the bleed area. This is the area that wraps around the side of the button.
3 & 4 Perimeter Text: This allows you to place a url or a message on the outer rim of the pin. Text size should be no larger than 5.5 pt or it may leak on the face of the button. This feature isn’t available in some versions of Photoshop. If you find that the text path is not working for you but want Perimeter Text, please include what text you would like on the order form so I can add it for you.
